An amazing experience. The villa was superb, the 5 restaurant's were great, huge choice. Private pool was excellent. Staff were really helpful and any issues we had were immediately sorted out. The in villa BBQ dining was particularly good. Main pool and bar was fantastic with a lovely lazy river experience. A large quiet pool for relaxing was also available. The bicycles were in good order and a daily ride for breakfast was fun. A special thank you to Nick the food and beverage manager and Tiffy the bar pool manager who both went the extra mile to make our stay even better.

Amazing hotel & staff

Had amazing time at the Banyann tree Phuket. Hotel & serenity villa was luxurious very clean & kept pristine. Grounds were kept beautiful with the staff always busy trimming the plants & keeping everything tidy. The secrutiy staff were amazing & there was a buggy to take you to your villa & a courtesy bus to the beach. Beach was very nice there's an area of the beach with sunbeds towels & water which is all free of charge. Staff were very polite, professional & friendly. I would like to compliment Min who greeted us on first day of arrival she was lovely & gave helpful information. Also Tinny from the watercourt restaurant she went above & beyond to make sure we were happy throughout our time at the Banyan tree. We were half board but on our final bill had to go to reception as we had been charged for some of our meals it was sorted quickly by the reception staff thankyou.

Fabulous Stay at Banyan Tree Phuket

We recently stayed at the Banyan Tree phuket as had heard good things about the hotels and can safely say if all of them are like the Banyan Tree phuket then you will not be disappointed for the extra cost to stay..Everything on our stay was 5 star, from the greeting at reception area to the when leaving was superb. A special mention needs to go for the rooms , we stayed in a 1 bedroom serenity villa which was probably say is one of the best rooms I have ever stay in..An additional mention needs to go to all the staff at the Banyan who go that extra bit more to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. A special mention needs to go to Jasmine on arrival , Tiffi, who runs the waterfront and pool bars, who turns out is an excellent cocktail maker, also a young temp worker called Tawan who was absolutely superb , plenty of energy and so happy to help where ever she could, maybe a Tiffi in the making hopefully !! Well done, Banyan Tree Phuket team making our stay one of the best experiences we have had.. Will definitely return when vist Thailand again.. 5 + star hotel and resort !!

A place we like, but which needs to continue its efforts.

For the 4th or 5th time we stayed at the Banyan Tree in Phuket. It's always a great pleasure. We appreciated the renovations and the resort as a whole, which was very well kept, particularly in terms of its magnificent and enchanting vegetation. We would like to make two constructive recommendations. The level of guest service assistance is inadequate and a source of misunderstanding. Breakfast could be improved in terms of the quality of its cuisine, but above all in the quality of the service, which is far too approximate. The buffet room is too small and crowded; it should be dedicated solely to buffets, and the space occupied by the guest tables freed up to give greater ease of movement and calm to the hustle and bustle we experience in the morning. On the other hand, the outdoor tables by the lake are superb. The new food & beverage manager, who has just arrived, has his work cut out for him. The enclave of Laguna that hosts the banyan tree is totally artificial and a pure product of Anglo-Saxon seaside urbanism, which is to say, devoid of any charm. The adjoining town of Chenrgtalay is absolutely uninteresting, ugly and uncomfortable, with stores that lack any authenticity. One last point, I don't understand why the banyan tree doesn't have an immediate concession in the square that adjoins it. This beach is very beautiful, other establishments have concessions with adequate comfort while the Banyan only has a tiny beach, in the shade and a 20 minute walk where as many shuttles as a kind of alms what local authorities do to him. None of this is serious and needs to be resolved.
